RETURN NOTE
As we work with a 3PL for our returns, please allow up to 4-7 business days for your return to be processed. We process all returns on a Wednesday, and if your return is received after this day, it will then be processed on the following Wednesday. We thank you so much for your patience and understanding.
AUSTRALIA
  • $10 AUD standard shipping

  • $12 AUD for express shipping.

  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $250 AUD

  • Please allow 2-4 business days for standard delivery.

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for express delivery.

  • All orders will receive a tracking number once dispatched.

  • No PO Boxes.

  • Signature required on delivery.

SAME DAY DELIVERY
  • **Please refer to COVID note above for expected delay times

  • $15 AUD flat rate.

  • Available to all Sydney Metro areas

  • All orders must be placed before 12pm and you can expect to receive before 9pm that same day.

  • Any order placed after 12pm will be scheduled to ship the following business day.

NEW ZEALAND
  • All International orders are shipped via DHL express.

  • $20 AUD flat rate for New Zealand.

  • Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery (dependant on your delivery destination).

  • We offer On Demand Delivery with DHL express. You will receive an email/text message once your parcel arrives in your country and can opt to have the signature released, or sent to your local post office.

  • As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties and customs, this fee is separate to that of shipping and differs from country to country. If you are required to pay duty and taxes this will be sent to you after purchase. Please note this differs for each country code.

  • Please be sure to include your phone number.

JUST TO NOTE
  • We are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged products.

  • We will not be held liable for any fees or taxes related to customs and duties. It is at the customer’s discretion to be familiar with these fees.

  • Any international orders unclaimed will be sent back to us and the customer will be expected to pay for re-delivery.

  • Once an order is placed we strictly cannot make last minute changes. If you need to change your size and/or address, your order will be cancelled and you can repurchase again online

  • We cannot leave parcels unattended. If no one is available to claim the package, it will be delivered to your local Post Office for pick-up.

  • We strictly do not re-direct orders once dispatched, so please triple check the address provided before confirming your order.
