FAULTY ITEMS – items that are deemed faulty will received a full refund.
All returns must email email@example.com with your order number and reason for return.
All returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached including hygiene seal. We will not accept tampered or worn returns. If the item does not meet expectations, we will email to notify and have this item sent back to you.
Customers are liable for return shipping costs.
All return emails must be submitted within 14 days of purchasing.
Only one promo code can be applied at a time.
If you are a Sydney based customer and requesting a return to our store, please note this is a seperate entity and we are unable to honour, as all online purchases must be managed through our online portal. We thank you for your understanding.

In the case of a faulty item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will incur all postage costs, so please be sure to include a receipt.
If the item is deemed faulty, we will provide a full refund.
In the case that a return does not reach us, we will not be held liable. Please ensure you use a tracking safe method.
