We understand that this is a trying time and we ask for your patience in regard to your returns. As we ship with a 3PL they have implemented a COVID-19 safety procedure to ensure their staff's safety in order. Once a package arrives at the warehouse it will be quarantined for 5-7 days to ensure the virus has had 72 hours to pass. This will take immediate effect until further notice. We thank you so much for your patience and understanding during this time and will of course have your return processed as soon as possible.
  • All returns must email with your order number and reason for return.

  • All returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached including hygiene seal. We will not accept tampered or worn goods.

  • All return emails must be submitted within 14 days of purchasing, international orders within 21 days.

  • We accept exchanges and credit notes Nationally and Internationally, only credit notes

  • Only one promo code can be applied at a time.

  • All sale items are final. We do not accept any returns, exchanges or credits on sale or promotion items.

  • In the case of a faulty item, please email us at We will incur all postage costs, so please be sure to include a receipt.

  • If the item is deemed faulty, we will provide a full refund.
