COVID19
We understand that this is a trying time and we ask for your patience in regard to your returns. As we ship with a 3PL they have implemented a COVID-19 safety procedure to ensure their staff's safety in order. Once a package arrives at the warehouse it will be quarantined for 5-7 days to ensure the virus has had 72 hours to pass. This will take immediate effect until further notice. We thank you so much for your patience and understanding during this time and will of course have your return processed as soon as possible.
AUSTRALIA
  • We offer refunds, store credit and exchanges on all full-priced items purchased via our Ecomm store. .

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any SALE items, including any promotional discounts.

  • All returns must email info@wanderlust-swim.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • All returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached including hygiene seal. We will not accept tampered or worn goods. If the item does not meet expectations we will email to notify and have this item sent back to you.

  • Customers are liable for return shipping costs.

  • All return emails must be submitted within 14 days of purchasing.

  • Only one promo code can be applied at a time.

  • As we ship with a 3PL we cannot hold items for exchanges. If your item is unavailable once your return received, we will issue you with a store credit

NEW ZEALAND

JUST TO NOTE
  • In the case of a faulty item, please email us at info@wanderlustswim.com. We will incur all postage costs, so please be sure to include a receipt.

  • If the item is deemed faulty, we will provide a full refund.

  • In the case that a return does not reach us, we will not be held liable. Please ensure you use a tracking safe method.

AFTERPAY
We offer Afterpay within Australia, USA and NZ. We strictly do not offer refunds on this payment provider. A store credit will be issued for any returns made.
