All returns must email email@example.com with your order number and reason for return.
All returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached including hygiene seal. We will not accept tampered or worn goods.
All return emails must be submitted within 14 days of purchasing, international orders within 21 days.
We accept exchanges and credit notes Nationally and Internationally, only credit notes
Only one promo code can be applied at a time.
All sale items are final. We do not accept any returns, exchanges or credits on sale or promotion items.

In the case of a faulty item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will incur all postage costs, so please be sure to include a receipt.
If the item is deemed faulty, we will provide a full refund.
In the case that a return does not reach us, we will not be held liable. Please ensure you use a tracking safe method.
